Zayn Malik was born on 12th January 1993 and as of now, Zayn is Twenty-Nine years old. He is Native of Bradford, England.
Zayn completed his primary education from Lower Fields primary school and did his high school education from Tong High School. While he was in school, Zayn had an interest in Arts and he started taking classes for the same. Career
Zayn Malik started his career in the year 2010 when he auditioned for Britain’s ‘The X factor’. He was a bit hesitant to appear on the show but his mother encouraged him. At first, he entered the show as a solo performer and got eliminated soon. But later, he was given entry on the show with three other boys, and that’s how the band, ‘One direction’ was formed.
“One direction” is a pop band and was formed in the year 2010. The members of the band were young English-Irish five boys. Other than Zayn, Harry styles was also an important member of the band. The band has been very popular amongst the youth internationally, specially in the UK and USA. Some of their famous singles are ‘What makes you beautiful’, ‘Gotta be you’, and ‘One Thing’ which after the release, became an instant hit among the fans. In the year 2015, Zayn left the band as he wanted to enjoy some private time. The rift going on between the band members was being reasoned about his leaving but Zayn denied any such baseless rumors.
Zayn Malik is a very talented singer and is loved by his fans. Controversy
A controversy arose in May 2014, when a video was published by Daily mail about Zayn and Louis, a former member of One direction, consuming cannabis together with other management staff members while going to Peru for a performance. The video was shot in April by Louis.
Zayn Malik was accused of substance abuse after the video went viral.
