In 2018, Silvana Flores was appointed to play soccer on behalf of Mexico Internationally. Silvana Flores represented Mexico in many cups and championships. Silvana Flores also represented Mexico in 2018 FIFA U-18 Women’s World Cup where Mexico got beaten by Spain in the Final match. Silvana Flores further represented Mexico in the 2019 Sud Ladies Cup and in two editions of CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship which were held in 2020 and 2022 respectively. In 2021, Silvana Flores started her senior career with a 0–0 friendly home draw against Costa Rica on 23 February 2021.
